Having undergone a series of stress tests and proven to be strong and resistant to normal wear, your item will last a lifetime if handled according to our recommendations. Decisions on claims under the warranty are at the sole discretion of Tesler+Mendelovich.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered upon delivery it is important you promptly notify the studio with pictures of the damage and Tesler Mendelovitch will then at their sole discretion, repair or replace any piece or part found to be defective in material workmanship or any part that has proven to be damaged during transit.

Natural wood surfaces are subject to denting, scratching, and gauging if not properly used and cared for.

Warranty is subject to use and care in accordance with the use and care instructions provided in the Product Care section of this document which are incorporated herein by reference.

COVERAGE

Hardwoods and veneer panels are natural materials and therefore include natural defects such as mineral marks, pitch pockets, color and grain variation that are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

Stains, glazes and lacquers will experience subtle changes in color and texture, particularly when exposed to heat and/or direct UV sunlight, and thus are not covered by warranty.
